Consumer Feedback Survey

The CSS (Community Support Services) program is funded by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide cultural enrichment for adults who:

1) have a history of mental illness or are mentally ill AND
2)
are members of a mental health program.

CSS currently has tickets available for the following events for qualified clients.

KNUCKLEHEAD ZOO
Knucklehead Zoo presents super-cool event complete with championship breakdancers, a beat-boxer and a DJ throw beats from a spectrum of styles.
